However texts, foto’s, images, descriptions and prices in our catalogue and website, along with other information carrier are comprised with the utmost care, no right can be granted from this.
Lovely Pets can never be held accountable or liable for damages, injury, loss, direct or indirectly coming from information as is described above.
Our terms and agreements are applicable for all transactions, among them including; sale, rental, lease, lend lease of all products supplied by Lovely Pets.
All goods remain our property until paid for in full. This means that all delivered products remain in our property until the invoice has been paid in full. The right of property does not waive you of your obligations to pay what you owe us.
All customers of our products are expected to pay before delivery, or when they come to pick up the products in person as are the options we provide. Unless we have agreed otherwise. In the event that we allow shipment before payment has been received, we uphold a 7 day deadline of payment after receiving the goods that were ordered.
All on the prices on the website are displayed with VAT and without shipment costs. Typo’s and placement faults are reserved. When a product has been priced wrongly Lovely Pets is entitled to refrain from delivery and to return any payments.
Terms of Payment:
If the agreed payment term is exceeded, further collection will be possible without further notice, whereby all costs as well as statutory interest and other fees are at your expense.
The shipping costs are based on country and order size and are published on the page “shipping costs”
Our aim is always to send all orders and payments that we receive before 17:00 will be shipped the next business day. You will receive the track and trace code of our carrier from us with which you can track the delivery. On the actual of shipment you will receive a shipping message from us.
If a (part of) your order can not be delivered immediately, we will contact you. In principle, orders are not delivered in parts unless otherwise agreed.
If the delivery period of 30 days is exceeded, you have the right to cancel your order at any time. Monetary fees already paid will be refunded by us in this case immediately (within 5 working days).
If the package cannot be delivered at the first delivery attempt, the package will be delivered to a DPD Parcel Shop. You must then collect the package there within 5 working days. If a package is not collected (in time), the parcel will be returned to us. If you still wish to receive the order, the real shipping costs must be paid again. In this case, if you cancel the order, we will deduct the real shipping costs from the refund. Even if you indicate that you have been at home the whole day, the above will not be deviated from! (real shipping costs are the costs as charged for orders up to 60 or 100 euro, depending on country of destination).
Permission to leave the parcel:
If you have given our carrier permission to leave the package in case of absence our responsibility ends at the moment the driver indicates that he has left the parcel. In this case no compensation will follow in case of missing (parts) of your order.
All orders after offer and acceptance, both written and oral, are binding and obligatory to purchase. As soon as you click on the “send order” button on the last page of the checkout process, this means that you have placed an “order with payment obligation” and you are obliged to pay and purchase the ordered products.
Notifications of damage and shortage:
Notifications of damage or loss must be reported to us at the latest 2 working days after receipt of the goods. When receiving deliveries, all packages must be checked for damage. If damage to the packaging is observed, this must be reported to the carrier. This damage must also be reported to us immediately.
If no damage is visible at the latest and if damage is detected during unpacking, it must be reported to us immediately, preferably with photographs of the damaged products. Even if items are short, this must be reported to us.
If you contact our carrier without our permission and before you report the damage to us, we cannot accept your damage claim afterwards.
Note, During the processing of all orders video images are taken and recorded. Reports of shortage are checked on the basis of these video images.
If electronic communication (web shop without personal and / or telephone contact) has been used exclusively during the ordering process, the customer shall at all times have the right, for a period of fourteen days after receipt of the order, to send items back to us without stating reasons without any costs.
However, the customer must always contact us before returning an item. Together we determine the best way of returning.
If a return is not based on deviations between the ordered and delivered product, the shipping costs for the return will not be reimbursed. Any postage paid for your order will be reimbursed to you in proportion to the value of the returned item if the return does not concern the entire order.
If a return is based on a deviation from the ordered and delivered item, or damage, both the costs for returning and re-delivery will be for our account!
Custom made products and products that are highly susceptible to decay are excluded from the right to return.
Items must be returned in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items that are delivered in closed and / or sealed (sealed) packaging can not be returned if the seal or sealed package is broken and / or opened.
If use is made of the right to return, we will arrange for a refund after receipt of the returned item (return within 5 working days).
If a payment form is charged to us (credit card / PayPal) that we can not claim back, these will be deducted from the refund.
Minimum order size:
There is no minimum order or order size per order.
All information provided to us will only be used for the processing, administration and delivery of your order (s). Your data will be stored indefinitely in the secure part of the website and our administration software. You can view and edit the personal data stored by us in your account.
Lovely Pets will never make data available to third parties with the exception of transporters for which data for delivery are necessary. (DPD entering shipping label)
If you want to cancel your account you can report this to us. We will then delete your data from our systems with the exception of the administration software, removal in this software is not possible.
Differences are settled amongst ourselves where this is possible. In the event that this is not possible, the Dutch law is supreme at Lovely Pets, and any differences will be settled at a Dutch court of law unless Lovely Pets agrees to proceed in a court of law in your area.
By placing an order you agree to the above terms and conditions and you agree with this terms.
